Popis: | With the aid of the radial immundiffusion method were determined quantitatively in the serum of fasting blood of 37 healthy men (aged 25–50 years) and 50 women (aged 17–50 years) the following proteins: praealbumin, albumin, α 1 -seromucoid, α 1 -antitrypsin, Gc-globulin, coeruloplasmin, α 2 -HS-glycoprotein, β-lipoprotein, haemopexin, haptoglobin, α 2 -macroglobulin, β 1 A-globulin, β 1 E-globulin, transferrin, β 2 -glycoprotein I, IgG, IgA, IgM and IgD. 17 of the women were taking oral hormonal contraceptives. Compared with the male group, the 33 females not taking oral hormonal contraceptives showed a statistically significant lower value in the β-lipoprotein; the 17 females taking oral hormonal contraceptives had statistically significant lower values in the average concentrations of α 1 -seromucoid, β 1 A-globulin, β 2 -glycoprotein I, β 1 E-globulin and a significantly higher value in the concentration of IgM. Compared with the female group not taking oral hormonal contraceptives, the female group taking oral hormonal contraceptives showed statistically significantly lower values in the concentration of the following proteins: α 1 -seromucoid, β 1 A-globulin, β 2 -glycoprotein I and IgA. |
