Popis:	The purpous of this study was to estimate the clinical condition of complete denture wearers. The subjects were 274 patients placed their dentures more than 5 years ago within 10 years. The dentures were made at the Students' Clinic of the Tsurumi University School of Dental Medicine.The questionnaires regarding denture condition were send out all subjects. 147 patients gave an answere.88 patients came to our Hospital for clinical examination according to our recall. Results1. Questionnaire(1) The ratio of the answere of questionnaires was 53.6%(147).(2) 123 patients still wore the original dentures.(3) Many patients satisfied with mastication and pronounciation, but 54 patients unsatisfied with lower denture stability.2. Clinical examination(1) The patients who put out the denture at night were 60%, using the denture-brush were 55% and using the denture cleaner were 40%.(2) Clinically inflamed mucosa was found 37 patients.(3) 158 artificial teeth were observed to be tipped.
