Popis: | 4,4′-(Triaz-1-ene-1,3-diyl)dipyridine (L) and the first transition metal complex with it are synthesized. It is found that the solid phase of isolated solvate [Cu(hfac)2L]·0.5MePh, where hfac is hexafluoroacetylacetonate, consists of polymer chains inside which L acts as a bridge, linking together Cu(hfac)2 moieties by N atoms of pyridine rings. The chains, in turn, are arranged into layers by H bonds. The result shows that L can be a bridging ligand in the synthesis of new coordination polymers. |
