Croatian Abstract: SAŽETAKIzgradnja autocesta u Republici Hrvatskoj jedan je od najvecih projekata u povijesti države. Danas kada je skoro cjelokupna prometna infrastruktura dovrsena, mrežom autocesta upravljaju cetiri koncesionara: HAC, ARZ, Bina-Istra i AZM. Pravi koncesionari su Bina-Istra i AZM, dok su ostala dva u državnom vlasnistvu. Kroz povijest pravnog dijela, odnosno pojma koncesije, preko zakona o koncesijama pa sve do prikaza sva cetiri drustva i na kraju komparacije kljucnih ekonomskih cimbenika prikazuju se slicnosti i razlike između koncesionara u državnom vlasnistvu i pravih koncesionara u stranom vlasnistvu.English Abstract: Construction of highways in the Republic of Croatia is one of the largest projects in the history of the country. Today, when almost the entire traffic infrastructure is completed motorway network is man-aged by four concessionaires: HAC, ARZ, Bina-Istra and AZM. Real concessionaires are Bina-Istra and AZM, while the other two are state-owned. Throughout the history of the legal part, explanation of what concessions are, over the concession law until the display of all four companies and at the end of the comparison of key economic factors the similarities and differences between the concession-aires owned by the state and the concessionaires that have foreign ownership are shown. |
