Popis: 1. Subdural injection of ribonuclease, desoxyribonuclease and actinomycin C impedes formation of new conditioned reflexes. This effect is most marked in the early stages of postnatal ontogenesis. 2. After ribonuclease injection the RNA content of cortical neurons is reduced, but inborn reflexes are not thereby affected. 3. Subdural injection of desoxyribonuclease affects neither innate nor acquired (conditioned) reflexes. 4. Injection of control preparations (inactivated ribonuclease, trypsin, serum albumin and physiological salt solution) does not affect the studied parameters of conditioned-reflex activity. 5. Injection of ribonuclease, like injection of yeast RNA and serum albumin, does not affect the respiratory exchange of mice, but injection of chlorpromazine or thyroidectomy lowers the respiratory exchange by more than 50% compared with normal.
