In this article, the author will explain how to deal with the disposal of batik waste that has polluted all rivers in Pekalongan and the impact of waste disposal. Because basically in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 concerning the protection and management of the environment with the grace of God Almighty, the President of the Republic of Indonesia considers that a good and healthy environment is a basic right of every human being. Indonesian citizens as mandated in Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The method of writing this article uses a qualitative method. The author will conduct research into one of the kelurahan in Pekalongan directly to investigate the problem formulation which will later be evaluated. In this case, the author has found a problem point in the impact of batik waste disposal. and have conducted direct interviews with the local kelurahan to discuss existing problems and the solutions that have been planned, only that it is stated that the top parties are not responding to the problems that occur in the environment. Maybe because they think they are too accustomed to responding to these problems because there are not too many people who protested this. And the situation that is happening now is that all the problems that exist in the environment are the kelurahan that are responsible for, if the kelurahan is not able to handle it then report to the city government, only the local people have to be patient waiting for a response. on from the city government. The important thing is that the community is relieved with the WWTP built by the government. |
