Основным функционалом ИС является создание заявок на приемку работ, фиксация замечаний и Ð¸Ñ ÑƒÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ и использование информации по приемкам.Область применения: отдел Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ контроля Выборгского судостроительного завода, а также смежные с ОТК отделы, деятельность ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡Ð°ÐµÑ‚ÑÑ в учете и контроле Ð²Ñ‹Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÑÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚.
Topic of the final qualification work: Reengineering of the business process "Planning and implementation of the activities of the technical control department" on the example of the activities of the Vyborg Shipbuilding Plant.The purpose of the work is to improve the efficiency of the accounting system for quality control of orders by the criterion of time.Tasks solved in the course of work:Build an As-Is process model based on historical data, internal reporting, and stakeholder interviewsAnalyze existing and potential problems of enterprise processesCollect and analyze the requirements of owners and executors of the processBuild a business process model "How it should be" and agree it with usersDesign and implement an information systemTest and implement a new business process for planning and implementing QCD activities, analyze the resultsObject: technical control department (QCD) of the Vyborg shipbuilding plant.Subject: business process of planning and implementation of QCD activities.The result of the work is a redesigned business process for planning and implementing the activities of the technical control department, fixed in the BPMN model, and an information system developed and implemented in the QCD. The main functionality of the IS is the creation of applications for the acceptance of work, the fixation of comments and their elimination, the storage and use of information on acceptance.Scope: department of technical control of the Vyborg shipbuilding plant, as well as departments adjacent to the quality control department, whose activity is to record and control the work performed.
