Popis: Edge warping defect is one of the common surface quality defects of hot-rolled strip. Seriously affect the surface quality and mechanical properties of the product. Aiming at the problems of high incidence, difficult control, complex influencing factors and difficult to determine, this paper proposes a method of tracing the influencing factors of the edge warping defects of hot-rolled strips that incorporates the contribution factor fault tree method. Based on the traditional fault tree method, the contribution factors of SPE and T2 in PCA are introduced. Prioritize fault classification of historical data, and establish a mathematical model of fault tree method integrating contribution factors. The fusion contribution factor fault tree method makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional fault tree method that is overly dependent on the failure rate, and reduces the interference caused by the uneven sample.
