Popis: Цель исследования: оценка экономической эффективности освоения морского месторождения с учетом ÑÐ°Ð½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð². Исследование выполнялось на базе Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑÐ¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² освоения Ð¼Ð¾Ñ€ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð¶Ð´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. Предмет исследования: методы оценки экономической эффективности Ð¼Ð¾Ñ€ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð½ÐµÑ„Ñ‚ÐµÐ³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð˜ÐŸ с учетом рисков. Методы исследования: методы оценки эффективности ИП, сценарный анализ, анализ чувствительности, метод Монте-Карло Основные результаты исследования: – построена классификация ÑÐ°Ð½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð² и определена степень Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ на развитие НГК; – проведена оценка экономической эффективности освоения морского месторождения с учетом влияния ÑÐ°Ð½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð². Область применения результатов ВКРприменение результатов работы в деятельности предприятий НГК. Научная новизна исследования: – определена классификация ÑÐ°Ð½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð¸ÑÐºÐ¾Ð² и факторы Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ на эффективность освоения морского месторождения; – разработана методика, учитывающая влияние рисков на эффективность реализации морского нефтяного проекта; Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.
The aim of the study is to assessing the economic efficiency of the field, taking into account the sanctions risks. Research object: Russian projects for the development of offshore fields. Research subject: methods for assessing the economic efficiency of offshore oil and gas projects taking into account risks. Research methods: methods for assessing the effectiveness of IP, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis. The main results of the study: - proposed a classification of risks and the degree of their impact on the development of oil and gas companies; - proposed an assessment of the economic efficiency of the offshore field. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of oil and gas companies The scientific novelty of the study is the: - classification of sanction risks and the factors of their influence on the efficiency of the offshore field; - The proposed method takes into account the risks impact on the effectiveness of the oil project. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
