The rapid development of technologies and the transition to a digital economy model, which has received a significant impetus in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, leads to a radical transformation of public relations in almost all spheres, to the formation of fundamentally new digital ecosystems. This poses serious challenges to legal scholars related to the need to comprehend the essence of the ongoing transformation and develop adequate mechanisms of legal regulation.
