The aim of the study is to assess the efficiency of the offshore field and solve the problem of the feasibility of industrial development of offshore fields in the Arctic. The study was carried out on the basis of the experience of foreign countries and Russia in the field of offshore field development, methodologies for assessing the economic efficiency of offshore projects. Research subject: the process of development and justification of development of hydrocarbon deposits on the Arctic shelf during the assessment of economic efficiency. Research methods: applied general scientific research methods: comparative analysis, analogy method, assessment of economic efficiency, assessment of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - analysis of the resource potential of the Arctic shelf, government regulation, possibility of development concepts; - justified economic feasibility and technological possibility of offshore fields realization in Arctic conditions; - identified possible strategies and prospects for the development of the oil and gas sector; - versions of offshore field development concepts are considered and proposed taking into account their specifics. Application field: the scope of application of VKR results can be for oil and gas companies to develop a program for the development of offshore fields in Arctic conditions, to substantiate the investment attractiveness of offshore projects. The scientific novelty of the study is the consideration of the complex development of deposits taking into account the grouping according to some criteria and deposits separately with the consideration of options for their arrangement. Conclusions: The tasks of the WCR have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined. The obtained results have signs of scientific nova. Prospects and directions of further research are justified. |
