Popis:	Цель работы – внедрение информационной системы управления непроизводственной деятельностью компании ООО «Обсервер». Задачи работы:-      изучение деятельности компании, выявление проблем;-      анализ ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° рынке решений, выбор наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰ÐµÐ³Ð¾ под требования организации;-     формирования плана проекта, расчет затрат;-     внедрение системы, оценка эффективности внедрения. Работа выполнена на Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð°Ñ Ð¾ деятельности «ООО Обсервер», информации из Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÑ€Ñ‹Ñ‚Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² и научной литературы. Использованные методы: сбор, анализ и сравнение информации, проведение опросов, а также изучение результатов.  Результаты работы: Были выявлены основные проблемы в управлении проектами, а также во внутренней коммуникации сотрудников компании. Построена модель «как есть», а в последствии модель «как должно быть». Был изучен рынок ИТ-решений, проведен анализ наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´ требования компании.  Разработан план проекта, рассчитаны затраты на внедрение, описаны возможные риски проекта и способы Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸. Рассмотрена работа системы на предприятии. Проведена оценка эффективности внедрения. Практическая значимость обусловлена результатами внедрения. Данная работа стала примером эффективного внедрения системы Битрикс24 в непроизводственные процессы предприятия социального бизнеса. Выводы. Задачи ВКРрешены, цель достигнута определена область применения результатов - компании, заинтересованные во внедрении системы управления проектами. The aim of the work is to implement an information system to manage non-production business processes of the "Observer" LLC. Objectives of the work:- study of the company's activities, identification of problems;- analysis of existing solutions on the market, choosing the most appropriate for the requirements of the organization;- formation of the project plan, calculation of costs;- Implementation of the system, assessment of the implementation efficiency. The work is based on the materials about the activity of company, the information from open sources and scientific literature. Used methods: collection, analysis, comparison of information, interviewing and study of results. Work results: The main problems in project management as well as in internal communication of the company's employees were identified. An "AS IS" model and subsequently a "TO BE" model were constructed. The market of IT solutions was studied and the most suitable ones for the company's requirements were analyzed. A project plan has been developed, implementation costs have been calculated, possible project risks and ways to minimize them have been described. System operation in the enterprise is examined. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation is done. Practical significance is due to the results of implementation. This work became an example of effective implementation of the system Bitrix24 for nonproduction processes of the social business enterprise.Conclusions. The objectives of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved and the scope of the results has been defined - companies interested in the implementation of the project management system.
