Reactions of 10- and 16.7- MeV per nucleon 238U on 238U, 208Pb, 197Au and 12C recorded within 'SSNTD'

Popis: Makrofol and cellulose nitrate detectors were used to study the reactions of 2.38 and 3.97 GeV 238 U on heavy targets like 238 U, 208 Pb and 197 Au. Binary, ternary and quaternary fission of the incident ions in reactions with the 12 C of the detectors were also abserved. Branching ratios of multipronged events induced by the heavy targets were determined, as were mass and folding angle distributions for the fission events induced by 12 C.
