| Popis: | The heterogeneous Fenton process using a water-insoluble solid catalyst is called catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO). A large number of supported and nonsupported catalysts have been synthesized and tested in the CWPO process for removal of organic pollutants from water. The ultimate goal is to develop catalysts with superior efficiency that work at low temperature and in a wide range of pH without leaching iron/other metals and producing sludge. Here, an overview of the CWPO process has been provided. |
