РазÑабоÑана ÑнеÑгеÑиÑеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÑÑенной ÑнеÑгоÑÑÑекÑивноÑÑÑÑ Ð² ÑаÑÑи огÑаждаÑÑÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑÑÑкÑий в Insight; 4. Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе вÑполнено иÑÑледование в облаÑÑи ÑовÑеменнÑÑ ÑвеÑопÑозÑаÑнÑÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑÑÑкÑий, в ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе коÑоÑого пÑÐ¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ ÑаÑÑеÑÑ ÑнеÑгопоÑÑÐµÐ±Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð² ÐÐ Autodesk Insight. The topic of the final qualifying work: "Energy-efficient high-rise residential building in St. Petersburg". As part of this work, project documentation was developed for the construction of a business center building with internal walls of variable transparency in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 of February 16, 2008 (ed.01.12.2021) No. 87 "On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content". During the research part , the following tasks were solved: 1. The article analyzes the existing solutions to improve the energy efficiency of translucent structures; 2. Basic energy modeling of the building was performed in Autodesk Insight software; 3. The energy model of the building with increased energy efficiency was developed from the point of view of enclosing structures in Insight; 4. The comparison of the developed energy models with the evaluation of the effectiveness of the selected solutions is carried out; 5. Recommendations have been developed to improve the energy efficiency of the projected high-rise residential building.The site allocated for the design is located at the address: St. Petersburg, Nevsky Bay, plot 14, (to the west of Vasilievsky Island, building 12). As a result, a study was conducted in the field of modern translucent structures, as a result of which calculations of the energy consumption of the building were made in Autodesk Insight PC. As a result of the research part, a variant of energy-efficient translucent structures was proposed, a calculation was carried out in terms of energy consumption and the energy efficiency class of the building when using traditional and energy-efficient glazing systems. |
