| Popis: | Examined are features of professional burnout of specialists in the field of state youth policy in the Kurgan region. The paper presents results of the diagnosis of professional burnout on three subscales, i.e. “emotional exhaustion”, “depersonalization”, and “reduction of personal achievements”. Presented is comparative analysis of severity of the level of professional burnout by gender. Reasons for development of professional burnout among experienced and young professionals are identified. Recommendations for prevention of professional burnout syndrome of personnel working with young people are proposed. |
