Popis: | Planar microstrip antennas for wearable sensor applications have been investigated. The substrate materials considered for this work includes cotton, paper, plastic and polystyrene. These materials are analyzed as they are flexible, conformal and implantable. Microstrip antennas have been designed with these materials for 2.4 GHz applications. Characteristics such as Bandwidth, return loss, Gain and radiation pattern are determined for each substrate. The antenna has been designed and simulated using Momentum solver in ADS software and verified with experiments. |
