Popis: | We report efficient 488 nm laser for biotechnology applications. Multi-longitudinal-mode external cavity semiconductor laser radiation is frequency converted in MgO:PPLiNbO3waveguide. Laser provides excellent beam quality, variable output power, and capability of direct modulation. |
