| Popis: | A case of dens invaginatus in all four quadrants is reported. Although it is seen mostly in maxillary permanent incisors, mandibular involvement is rare. In this article, in addition to the involvement of the maxillary lateral incisors, the involvement of the right and left mandibular premolars has been presented as well. |
