Popis:	Based on newly collected and museum material, the distribution of species of the Vespinae in the Kyrghyz Republic is discussed. Vespula austriaca is recorded for the first time from Kyrghyzstan. Dolichovespula norwegica is first reported in the Pamir-Alai Mountains, providing the southernmost record for the species.
