The Challenge of Columellar Reconstruction: A Report of Eleven Cases Treated by Different Techniques

Popis:	Reconstruction of the columella is difficult and there is not a universally accepted technique for performing it. We report a series of eleven cases during the last twelve years for columellar reconstruction. The diverse techniques employed are described and the relevant literature reviewed. A special mention is made about the better way to reconstruct the columella in cases of median cleft of the face.
