Popis: The relative configuration and solute conformation of desacylguayulin A was established using modern NMR techniques. Application of COSY, NOESY, CONOESY, homo- and heteronuclear J-resolved, DEPT and NOEDIFF allowed assignments of all 1H and 13C NMR resonances.
