Popis:	In this research paper, experiment has been done to produce the better surface quality of product during micro machining process. The experimentation was planned utilizing optimizing Taguchi hypothesis. The experimentation was planned using L-9 Taguchi array. It was noticed that the tool diameter and pulse off time have effected more than those variable taken in this experimental work. The affirmation test has been executed. Anticipated outcomes are believed to be in great concurrence with analysis findings.
