Popis: | Septic arthritis of the hip is not a complication frequently associated with adenotonsillectomy. Literature describing septic arthritis after oral procedures are available and frequently discuss the gram-negative bacteria Fusobacterium. We present a unique case of septic hip following adenotonsillectomy by Streptococcus pyogenes. |
