ÐÐ°Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ ÑабоÑа поÑвÑÑена ÑазÑабоÑке модели ÑваÑоÑного инвеÑÑоÑа и иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ñежимов его ÑабоÑÑ. ÐлавнÑми ÑÑапами пÑи ÑазÑабоÑке бÑли: 1. ÐоделиÑование Ñежимов аÑгонодÑговой ÑваÑки в мÑлÑÑиÑизиÑеÑком пакеÑе COMSOL Multiphysics 2. ÐÐ¾Ð´Ð±Ð¾Ñ Ð¸ ÑаÑÑÐµÑ Ð¿Ð°ÑамеÑÑов иÑÑоÑника аÑгонодÑговой ÑваÑки. 3. РазÑабоÑка иÑÑоÑника аÑгонодÑговой ÑваÑки в ÑÑеде Matlab/Simulink 4. ÐаÑемаÑиÑеÑкое моделиÑование ÑабоÑÑ ÑазÑабоÑанного иÑÑоÑника в ÑÑеде Matlab/Simulink РабоÑа бÑла пÑоведена Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑÑ Ð¿ÑогÑаммнÑÑ Ð¿Ð°ÐºÐµÑов COMSOL Multiphysics и Matlab/Simulink. Ð ÑÑеде COMSOL Multiphysics бÑло ÑаÑÑÑиÑано 9 ÑазлиÑнÑÑ Ñежимов, из коÑоÑÑÑ 3 ÑвÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ñ Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÐµÐ¼ ÑкоÑоÑÑи подаÑи аÑгона в облаÑÑÑ ÑваÑки, 3 показÑваÑÑ Ð·Ð°Ð²Ð¸ÑимоÑÑÑ Ð¿Ð°ÑамеÑÑов моделиÑÑемой ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ Ð¾Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¸Ð»Ñ Ñока дÑги и 3 иллÑÑÑÑиÑÑÑÑ Ð²Ð»Ð¸Ñние Ð´Ð»Ð¸Ð½Ñ Ð´Ñги на ее поÑенÑиал. ÐаÑем пÑи помоÑи пакеÑа Matlab/Simulink бÑла поÑÑÑоена Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ñ ÑваÑоÑного инвеÑÑоÑа, на коÑоÑой пÑовели 9 опÑÑов Ñ ÑазлиÑной нагÑÑзкой. Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑли ÑаÑÑÑиÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑопÑоÑÐ¸Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð´Ñги каждого из Ñежимов, пÑоведен ÑаÑÑÐµÑ Ñилового вÑÑокоÑаÑÑоÑного ÑÑанÑÑоÑмаÑоÑа, полÑÑÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¾ÑÑиллогÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ Ð²ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ Ñока и напÑÑÐ¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑваÑоÑного инвеÑÑоÑа пÑи ÑабоÑе в ÑазлиÑнÑÑ ÑÐµÐ¶Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ñ . The subject of the graduate qualification work is âDevelopment and research of working of transistor welding invertor DC source for TIG welding of aluminum plates with thickness of 4 mmâ. The given work is devoted to developing of welding invertor model and investigating of it modes of operation. Main points of this work are: 1. Modeling of TIG welding modes using COMSOL Multiphysics 2. Selection and calculation of elements of TIG welding source. 3. Developing of TIG welding source using Matlab/Simulink 4. Mathematical modeling of operations of developed source using Matlab/Simulink The work was carried out using the COMSOL Multiphysics and Matlab/Simulink software packages. In the COMSOL Multiphysics environment, 9 different modes were calculated, of which 3 are associated with changes in the argon supply rate to the welding area, 3 show the dependence of the parameters of the simulated system on changes in the arc current, and 3 illustrate the effect of the arc length on its potential. Then, using the Matlab/Simulink package, a model of a welding inverter was built, on which 9 experiments were conducted with different loads. As a result, the arc resistances of each of the modes were calculated, the power high-frequency transformer was calculated, and the output current and voltage of the welding inverter were obtained when operating in different modes. |
