Popis: | 27th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 3523-3525 The long term reliability of system is a critical parameter for a commercial succeeds in the photovoltaic (PV) sector, particularly for the module. If commercial warrantees are long of 25 years, we haven’t the possibility to correctly evaluate the power generated by the modules at this age in the natural environment. So, the goal of the study is to understand the degradation of our modules. Of course, the method is the same than the others competitors and modules manufacturer because of the standard IEC 61 215. But, we try to make a very precise study by using our electroluminescence tester and to see all evolutions in materials which constitute the module by all the tests in the norm of IEC. All tests are performing on modules without default. A serie with modules with defaults (delamination, bubbles and electrical default) is submitted to the same accelerated test. - 5000H of Damp heat test, flash each 100H + EL analysis - 800 thermal cycling, flash test each 100H + EL analysis - 2000H UV test, flash test each 100H + EL analysis - 3 cycles of 5400 Pa (on the top and behind), flash test each cycle + EL analysis |
