Popis:	We evaluated changes in cervical alignment after laminoplasty using biomechanical method. Twenty-four patients with cervical ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament were analyzed. The postoperative “A” value was useful for estimating postoperative malalignment. The frequency of decrease in the “A” value was less in OPLL than in CSM.
