Career sustainability is a broad and kaleidoscopic concept that requires review and investigation as it is not yet clearly described in the literature. A sustainable career can be defined as a sequence of paid and unpaid work experience cultivated over time and in different social spaces that provides healthy, happy and productive lives to individuals. Career sustainability is essential to both researchers and practitioners due to the changes in work nature and in the social and economic conditions of the work context. This study will address the knowledge gap about the construct definitions, models, measures, antecedents, and consequences of a sustainable career via a systematic review method. |
