Popis:	Structural changes in the frozen methanol+water system have been studied by radiothermoluminescence RTL and low-temperature X-ray diffractometry. Satisfactory correlation between the RTL and X-ray results was obtained. The RTL peaks depend on the structure of the investigated matrix and correspond to its phase transition points. RTL provides a very convenient and sensitive method for the examination of structure and transformations of solid matrices.
