| Popis: | The article analyzes the positions of the author of the material D. A. Fursov and other scientists regarding the possibility of exercising the powers of a judge by a robot. It is proved that artificial intelligence does not possess such properties of genuine, human intelligence as awareness and understanding of legal phenomena, and therefore it is not able to replace a person in the judicial chair. |
