Popis: | A jumping stirling engine is one kind of an environmental protection engine which is driven by the expansion and the contraction of air using heating and cooling at the hot end and the cold end. Because an air-heated engine is a non-gasoline engine and harmless to the ambient environment, the development and application of a stirling engine in industry becomes appealing. In order to realize and improve the efficiency of an air-heated engine (stirling engine), studying kinetic efficiency as it relates to various design parameters is obligatory. However, a parametric discussion about jumping stirling engines has beenneglected. Therefore, the main focus of this paper is to investigate the influences of engine parameters (displacer fiber, spring, and expansion). To facilitate the manufacturing, a rigid pepper can used as the casing of the engine is adopted. Results reveal that to improve the air-heating engine's kinetic performance, the selection of proper materials plays an essential role. Consequently, this... |
