Popis:	Photophysical Techniques such as fluorescence, phosphorescence and chimiluminescence have remarkable resolution and detection sensitivity capabilities and are gaining widespread use in immunology for these reasons. Nevertheless, besides the numerous advantages, limitations to their use exist. Here, the possibilities of these techniques as well as the limitations are reviewed.
