Spontaneous bleeding of this lesion, located on the medial side of the thigh, led to consultation. Dermatoscopy made it possible to observe the presence of white circles and scales, associated with a polymorphous vascular pattern including dotted and irregular linear vessels; these are criteria for the diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma. |
