Popis: | Robotic surgery could easily work in deep and narrow spaces and, it’s three dimensional image, all increase the comfort of the patient and the surgeon. In spite of all these developments, robotic surgery has its own disadvantages as in any new system. The future of robotic surgery will provide improvements to eliminate these disadvantages. Robotic surgery for colon and rectum is frequently used in surgery. Compared to open surgery, it has advantages such as less pain, better cosmetic results, and shorter hospital stay; although it has similar results with laparoscopic surgery, it provides more comfort to the surgeon in narrow and deep areas. |
