Popis: | In this study, a single-channel and portable surface electromyography (sEMG) device is designed which could be used as a supporting device in detection of back herniation disease. The sEMG signals those collected with surface electrodes are amplified and isolated. Then, the sEMG signals enter to filtering circuits to eliminate unwanted noise signals. The noise free yEMG signals are digitized with a high resolution analog to digital converter. The digitized signals are transferred to the computer with the control of PIC18F452 microcontroller. The device establishes its connection with the computer via MATLAB software. |
