Sirenomelia is a lethal condition characterized by fusion of the lower limbs with severe malformations of the urogenital and lower gastrointestinal tract. We report a baby born with bilateral fused lower limbs, blind ended colon and single umbilical artery. Antenatal Diagnosis by ultrasonography may be difficult. Knowledge of this rare syndrome is important for health care providers. |
