The article presents data on the influence of flavonoid glycosides (FG) of Verbascum phlomoides L. on the viability of Streptomyces canosus CNMN-Ac-02 after lyophilization and long-term storage. As a result of the research, it was found that the addition of FG in concentrations of 0.005, 0.0005, 0.00005%/V to protective medium containing gelatin (2.5%) and glucose (7.5%), ensured a high viability of S. canosus CNMN-Ac-02 strain with 35.03-44.01% more than in control sample, after lyophilization and one year of storage. Rehydration of lyophilized strain after one year of storage using aqueous solutions of FG has shown a higher viability of S. canosus CNMN-Ac-02 strain compared to distilled water. |
