Materials & Methods: The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung (FACT-L) (Cella, 1994), a 37-item Liiert-type questiommim that measures QGL in lung cancer patients, was used to assess QGL in NSCLC patients receiving curative XRT. A descriptive, kmgitudinal design with mpeated measures was utilized for this study, and subjects were selected using a consecutive sampling technique. prior to beginning XRT, during the fourth week of XRT, and one and four months after complehon of XRT.
