Popis: | The effect of Nb on the soft magnetic properties for Ni-Fe alloy films with nearly 55 and 81 wt%Ni concentrations was systematically examined. In Ni-Fe-Nb alloy films with nearly 81wt%Ni concentration (Bs=0.7T), excellent soft magnetics properties, μeff=6500 at 5MHz of 0.1μm film thickness, were realized. These results mainly caused by the the excellent magnetic homogeneities in these films due to the excellent preferred grain orientation. In Ni-Fe-Nb alloy films with nearly 55wt%Ni concentration (Bs=1.3T), the direction of induced easy axis of magnetization changes from the stray field direction with increasing Nb and/or decreasing the Ar pressure in film preparation. Total anisotropy field induced in these films were determined by both two mechanisms, namely, directional pair ordering and magnetoelastic effect. In this composition region, the maximum value of μeff of about 1600 was obtained for the films with relatively high value of magnetostriction of about 17×10-6. |
