Popis: The more modern democratic welfare societies are confronted with dynamically developing social and economic differentiation, the higher the requirements on decision making and other organizational processes in social services and social work. Besides limited financial resources and legacy organizational infrastructures, their identity, their prevalent structures of thinking and discourses, their professional individual requirements as well as their moral and socio-political legitimization as qualified “interest neutral” practice facing increasingly heterogeneous clients make it hard for the organizations in this area to meet these challenges.
