Popis:	In the article, the author analyzes the subject and subjective aspects of the crime of fraud under Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and develops a proposal to include the subjective side of the crime as a necessary feature in qualifying the act in order to improve the concept of fraud.
