Popis: | In this paper we suggest a model to calculate current-voltage characteristics of double-junction solar cells based on a-Si:H/a-SiC:H. The model considers features of these materials. We simulated I-V dependences of the solar cell as consequent p-i-n structures on the basis of a-Si:H and a-SiC:H. Results of simulation are compared with experimental ones. |
