Popis: Offline Editing is an effective way to manage multi-user operations in long transaction at present. The realization of offline editing is divided to there parts, which are data modules, work flow and related technologies, based on its principle and modes, and they are discussed in this paper. The author introduces an "Optimistic Concurrency" mode of offline editing, and mainly talk about the management of pipe network data, that is a data set with topological relation including entities in several types like point and line. Work flow is the whole process of a long transaction, and in this process an offline editing operation is completed with the steps of checking out, designing, submitting, checking, and checking in. The key steps and related technologies in the work flow are detailed in the article, and the description comes down to the crucial arithmetic and technologies of cutting down the data, maintaining the topological relation as checking in or checking out updates, solving the conflicts caused by concurrent operations and transferring the task files. There is an example to show the application of this model in the scene of updating mobile data with technologies such as offline editing and formats transform of files for storing at last.
