Popis:	1. A new method for the preparation of 2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosylamine and 2-acetamido-4-0-(2-acetamido-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-2-deoxy-β-D-glucopyranosylamine, based on the condensation of the corresponding N-acetamido sugars with NH4HCO3 in a saturated aqueous solution, was developed. 2. A number of model glycopeptides with an N-glycosylamide carbohydrate-peptide bond were synthesized.
