Popis: | The spectral response of the photocurrent through PbMoO4 crystals shows one or two bands in the range from 350 to 650 nm, depending on the growth-charge composition. These bands correlate with the corresponding bands in the transmission spectra. The dark conductivity of PbMoO4 crystals also depends on charge composition and varies from 10-7 to 10-14 S/cm. Thermopower measurements indicate that all the crystals studied arep-type. |
