Service quality of kindergarten not only concerns the healthy growth of the children directly, but also the kindergarten's development. Based on the study of evaluation and management of service quality home and abroad, there were designed of SERVQUAL evaluation questionnaire and service quality gap model for kindergartens, by which a research was conducted on evaluation of service quality for 14 kindergartens belonged to the reputable preschool education A Group. |
