Popis: | Serial changes in renal function were investigated in three cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with 12mmHg pneumoperitoneum exceeding for 70min. Plasma human atrial natriuretic peptide, plasma renin activity, plasma angiotensin II, free water clearance and fractional excretion of sodium and potassium did not change distinctly. Sodium thiosulfate clearance tended to decrease during pneumoperitoneum. Paraaminohippuric acid clearance decreased gradually after the initial pnaumoperitoneum, and it was maintained at lower level during pneumoperitoneum than that before the initial pneumoperitoneum and that after depneumoperitoneum. It was suggested that prolonged continuous pneumoperitoneum resulted in a transient oliguria because of the decreased effective renal plasma flow even in an intra-abdominal pressure of 12mmHg. |
