This document presents an exploratory qualitative approach, combining an study case through the exemplification of an educational project applied at the middle school for teenagers in an age of 11 to 15 years in programming clubs as well as results collected from the inclusion project "Tecnolochicas" a Televisa Foundation program who seeks to inspire young girls on science and technology topics as an attempt to close the gender breach in our country, inviting and motivating young people to participate and unfold in technological areas. There is a huge backlog in the women’s sector in the appropriation of technology, hence the importance of generating strategies to promote the inclusion of women in STEM-related careers and train generations able to fill positions in these areas. |
