In the early ’90s our cosmological team in Bucharest Observatory investigated the problem of the correlated signals in the long tail of the correlation functions, and significant linear signal at r = 100h−1 Mpc was found (Suran 1991, [4]). In 2005 (Eisenstein et al. [6]) this signal was firmly assigned to the baryon acoustic oscillations (BAO). In this paper we try to investigate the acoustic oscillations (AO) in the universe by means of an inverse seismological method. |
