Popis: The article presents the development of conditions for cell experiments using the Operetta CLS™ imaging system. The significance of high-content analysis parameters is substantiated. The optimal concentration and time parameters for the treatment of the cell culture of human colorectal carcinoma HCT116 by MDM2-p53 protein-protein interaction inhibitors were selected. The effect of the studied substances on cell growth was analyzed using Operetta CLS™.
